氚掺入法检测低分化鼻咽癌亚株的放射敏感性差异及放射增敏
Testing by Tritium Incorporation on the Difference among Low-differentiated Sublines of NPC in Radiosensitive Heterogeneity and Radiosensitization
【摘要】 目的探讨人低分化鼻咽癌亚株之间的放射敏感性差异及对其放射增敏。方法采用氚掺入法检测其亚株对射线敏感的差别;通过细胞周期同步化对其放射抵抗亚株S1增敏。结果氚掺入法结果表明放射后H5受抑制程度大(P<0.05);TNFα可以使细胞周期同步化达到了放射增敏,对放射抵抗亚株增敏后缩小了亚株间的放射敏感性差距。结论低分化鼻咽癌亚株存在着放射敏感性差异;对其放射抵抗亚株增敏后差异不显著。
【Abstract】 Objective The present paper is intended to study the difference among low-differentiated sublines of NPC in radiosensitive heterogeneity and their radiosensization.Methods Tritium incorporation method was used to detect the difference between H5 and S1 in their radiosensitive heterogeneity and radiosensitization; cell cycle synchronization method was used to enhance the sensitivity of their radio-resistant subline S1.Results The result of the tritium incorporation method showed that cell H5 was inhibited to a greater degree after irradiation (P<0.05),that TNFα could enable cell cycle synchronization to realize radiosensitization,and that enhancement of sensitivity of the radio-resisting sublines reduced the difference among sublines in their radiosensitivity.Conclusion The present experiment proved that there was indeed difference among low-differentiated NPC cell lines their radiosensitivity; but such difference no longer had any statistical significance after enhancement of the sensitivity of their radio-resisting sublines.
