【摘要】 目前我国的高校保险保障制度存在着结构单一、管理混乱等诸多问题,已经不能适应高校校园安全管理的需要。鉴于此,应从健全法规制度、完善险种设计与管理、提高售后服务以及补充其他的风险分散与赔偿机制等角度着手,建立一套由学生系列保险、校方责任险、灾害管理基金等组成的完备的校园保险保障体系,从而提高学校和学生抗御各种意外灾害的能力,保证学校教学和科研工作的正常运转。更多还原

【Abstract】 There exist some problems in the insurance system at Chinese colleges like the single structure and poor management which hinder a good management of the campus security.Thus,we should improve the existing laws and regulations,provide more types of insurance and perfect their management and follow-up services.The future campus insurance system should offer a series of insurance policies for the students,the school contracted-responsibility insurance,the funds for disasters and compensation,which will help the colleges and the students deal with accidents and disasters and ensure their smooth operation.更多还原
