【摘要】 目的:探讨休克蛋白70(HSP70)和糖调节蛋白94(grp94)在人胃癌组织中的表达与临床病理的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学和病理学图像分析方法研究60例人胃癌组织及其癌旁组织、发生及未发生转移的癌组织中HSP70和grp94的表达。结果:在胃癌组织中HSP70和grp94的表达明显高于癌旁组织(93.3%,81.7%vs36.7%,25.0%,P<0.01)。HSP70和grp94在低分化和发生转移的胃癌组织中的表达明显高于非转移癌和癌旁组织(90.0%,85.0%;100%,84.6%vs36.7%,25.0%;P<0.01)。结论:HSP70和grp94在发生转移的低分化胃癌组织和未发生转移的高分化癌组织中表达存在明显不同,可以作为胃癌的诊断或预后指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the correlation between prognosis and expression of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) and glucose-regulated protein 94(grp94) in human gastric carcinoma.Methods:The expressions of HSP70 and grp94 were studied in 60 human gastric cancers with or without metastasis as well as in their adjacent mucous membrane by way of immunohistochemistry and pathology photograph analysis.Results:The expressions of HSP70 and grp94 were significantly higher in cancer than in adjucent mucous membrane(93.3%,81.7% vs36.7% 25.0%,p<0.01).HSP70 and grp94 expressed higher in moderate differentiated gastric cancers with metastasis and significantly higher than that of well differentiated cancers without metastasis.Conclusion:The overexpression of HSP70 and grp94 can be used as diagnostic or prognostic markers for gastric cancer.更多还原
