【摘要】 目的:研究VEGF-C在宫颈癌及癌前病变(CIN)组织中的表达及其与高危型HPV感染的相关性,探讨其在宫颈癌发生发展中的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测100例宫颈石蜡标本中VEGF-C的表达,并于术前采用HC-Ⅱ法检测患者高危型HPV感染情况。结果:VEGF-C和高危型HPV在宫颈癌及CIN中的表达水平均高于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在宫颈癌及CIN中VEGF-C表达水平和高危型HPV感染率成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:高危型HPV可能通过诱导宫颈上皮高表达VEGF-C而促使宫颈癌发生发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of VEGF-C,high risk HPV(HR-HPV) in cervical cancer and pre-malignant lesion,and discuss the role of them in occurrence and development of cervical cancer.Methods:In 100 cases including 10 cases of normal cervical tissues,50 cases of CIN and 40 cases of cervical cancer tissues,the expression of VEGF-C was detected by immunohistochemistry SABC assay,and HR-HPV infection levels were detected by HC-Ⅱbefore operation.Results:VEGF-C and HR-HPV were both overexpressed in cervical cancer and CIN,compared with normal cervical tissues(P<0.05).In cervical cancer samples and CIN samples,the expression level of VEGF-C was positive associated with HR-HPV infection(P<0.05).Conclusion:VEGF-C may play vital roles in the tumorigenesis and development of the HR-HPV-related cervical neoplasms.更多还原
