【摘要】 目的:探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂(TP)对局部晚期宫颈癌新辅助化疗的临床效果。方法:23例局部晚期宫颈癌患者,术前采用“TP”方案化疗1疗程后行子宫颈癌根治术。观察宫颈癌病灶大小在化疗前和手术切除后的改变,化疗毒副反应,术后病理反应等,评价新辅助化疗在宫颈癌治疗中的作用。结果:化疗有效率为86%(21/23),其中2例完全缓解化疗毒副反应轻微,所有患者均进行广泛性子宫切除术及盆腔淋巴结清扫术。结论:局部晚期宫颈癌术前化疗近期疗效显著,提高了手术的切除率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of TP for neoadjuvant chemotherapy on locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods: Twenty three patients with locally advanced cervical cancer accepted one cycle chemotherapy of "TP" for cervical cancer before operation.The adverse reaction of chemotherapy and postoperative response,were evaluated.Results: The effective rate of chemotherapy was 86%(21/ 23),two cases among which showed complete remission and mild toxic effects.All patients had extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy.Conclusion: The effect of preoperative chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer significantly improved the outcome of surgical resection.更多还原
