【摘要】 目的:观察比较AdCMVmIL-12的抗肿瘤作用效果。方法:体外用AdCMVmIL-12预处理大鼠甲状腺癌细胞(rMTC),观察其致瘤性;制备动物肿瘤模型,在瘤体内注射AdCMVmIL-12,测量肿瘤体积大小变化。结果:体外用AdCMVmIL-12预处理的rMTC失去致瘤性,不能在动物体内发展成肿瘤;瘤体内注射Ad-CMVmIL-12后,肿瘤体积逐渐缩小。注射后的第12天AdCMVIL-12对rMTC、RTC-R2、H22、XTC-1的抑制率分别为67%、66%、90%、6.4%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:AdCMVmIL-12具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,而且对不同类型的肿瘤作用效果不同,具有选择性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To Observe and compare the anti-tumor effects of AdCMVmIL-12 vector.Methods: Rat medullary thyroid carcinoma cells(rMTC) were transduced with AdCMVmIL-12,AdCMVLuc respectively,the transduced cells were washed with DMEM serum-free medium and injected subcutaneously into the flank of the Wistar rats and the tumorgenicity were compared;Building up four kinds of tumor models with rMTC,RTC-R2,H22,XTC-1.AdCMVmIL-12,AdCMVLuc were injected into the tumors respectively and the tumor sizes were compared.Results: The rMTC cells transduced with AdCMVmIL-12 lost tumorigenicity;The tumor size become much smaller than the control group after it was injected AdCMVmIL-12.The inhibiting rates of AdCMVmIL-12 to rMTC,RTC-R2,H22,XTC-1 were 67%,66%,90%,6.4% respectively.Conclusion: AdCMVmIL-12 can inhibit the tumor effectively and the inhibiting effect is different in different kinds of tumor.更多还原
