【摘要】 目的探讨黑斑息肉综合征并机械性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗措施。方法回顾分析1984年~2004年收治7例黑斑息肉综合征并机械性肠梗阻手术治疗资料,并结合文献进行分析。结果7例中6例因小肠套叠,1例因多发性息肉阻塞小肠腔致机械性肠梗阻而施行小肠切除术。病理确诊均为小肠错构瘤,其中1例息肉癌变。结论机械性肠梗阻、消化道出血是外科治疗黑斑息肉综合征的主要适应症。正确诊断,及时手术治疗是救治成功的关键。术中应尽量保留正常肠管,预防短肠综合症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical features and therapeutic strategy of Peatz-Jeghers sindrome. Methods: Seven patients with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome complicated with mechanical obstruction were admitted between 1984~2004 and the operation treatment data were analized retrospectively.All of them had complete clinical data and were confirmed by pathology.The recent literatures were reviewed simultaneously. Results: During operation,we found that six patients suffered from small bowel intussuscepation and the other one suffered from small bowel tract blockage by multiple polyps.Intussusception and bowel tract blockage resulted in mechanical obstruction.So all the seven patients received the operation of small bowel excision.All the pathologic specimen were diagnosed as small bowel hematoma.Only one patient’s polyps had become cancerous.Conclusion: Mechanical obstruction and digestive tract bleeding were the main operation indication for Peutz-Jeghers syndrome.Correct diagnosis and earlier surgical treatment was the key of successfully saving this kind of patients.During operation,the normal bowel should be saved as more as possible, to prevent short bowel syndrome.更多还原
