【摘要】 目的观察化疗与得力生注射液联用治疗老年肺癌(治疗组)的临床疗效,并与单用化疗作对比。方法将57例老年肺癌随机分为得力生加化疗组和单纯化疗组(对照组)两组,分别给予相应治疗,观察近期疗效、生活质量、毒副反应。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为46.7%、40.0%(P>0.05)。而治疗组中位缓解期为7个月,对照组中位缓解期为5个月(P<0.05)。两组患者体重和Karnofsky(KPS)评分治疗组治疗后体重和KPS评分比治疗前增加(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。血液学毒性治疗组白细胞下降II度8例(26.6%)、III度1例(3.3%),对照组II度15例(55.5%)、III度3例(11.1%),两组均无Ⅳ度毒性反应,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);胃肠道反应治疗组II度10例(33.3%)、III度2例(6.0%),对照组II度14例(51.9%),III度6例(22.2%),Ⅳ度2例(7.4%)。两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论得力生注射液对老年肺癌改善临床症状、提高生活质量和减轻化疗副反应均有较好作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of combined chemotherapy with Delisheng in the treatment of old aged lung cancer.Methods: Fifty-seven patients with aged lung cancer were divided randomly into control group including 27 patients and therapy group including 30patients.Patients of therapy group was treated by Delisheng and EP;control group only by EP.Results: In therapy group effective rate was 46.7% ;control group was 40.0% ,significant difference was not observed between the two groups(P>0.05).For life quality and side effect,significant difference were observed between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of Delisheng and EP is effective in improving the quaity of life and side effect for aged patient with lung cancer.更多还原
