【摘要】 目的:为了减轻糖尿病患者并发溃疡的痛苦,有效治疗糖尿病合并溃疡。方法:选择在门诊处置室换药的病例,从2004年6月至2006年6月共56例,使用胰岛素与维生素B12注射液在溃疡伤口处外用。结果:显效率为86%(48例),有效率为11%(6例)。结论:局部应用胰岛素及维生素B12,可改善局部代谢,给神经、血管提供一定的营养条件,使新的肉芽生长具有一个良好的环境,从而加快组织修复,促进创面早日愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To alleviate the sufferings of diabetic patients with complicated ulcers and treat diabetes combined with ulcers effectively.Methods:Fifty-six patients with diabetes who had been performed dressing change in outpatient department of our hospital from June of 2004 to June of 2006 were chosen.Insulin and vitaminB12 injection were used for external application on ulcer wounds.Results: The results showed that the effectual rate was 86%(48cases),valid rate was 11%(6 cases).Conclusion: Insulin and vitaminB12 used locally can improve local metabolism and provide nutrition conditions for the nerve and the blood vessels so as to set up favorable environment for the growing of new granulation,accelerate tissue repair and promote wounds healing soon.更多还原
