【Abstract】 The civil right to know is a Hotpoint question that is universally concerned by the people who study in the theoretical field and practical field.The article introduces the legal institution on protecting the right to know in British and American from defining the connotation,nature,legal characteristics of the right.By analyzing status quo of the right to know in China and the difference that exist legal institution of the right between China and British and American author put forward the measure how to code,refine and improve the legal institution on the right to know in China.更多还原
