【摘要】 目的:探讨外伤闭合性单纯小肠破裂的早期诊断及治疗的方法。方法:回顾分析77例外伤闭合性单纯小肠破裂的临床资料。结果:小肠破裂单纯缝合修补65例,小肠部分切除端端吻合6例,小肠修补加小肠部分切除端端吻合6例,全部治愈。结论:早期诊断依靠外伤史和腹膜炎体征,诊断性腹穿阳性率高,X线检查有气腹征可明确诊断,CT和B超有重要参考价值。及时手术是降低并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of traumatic enterorrhexis of small intestine.Methods: Retropective analysis was made on 77 cases with traumatic enterorrhexis of small intestine diagnosis from October 1998 to October 2006.Results: All of the cases were cured.We adopted single repairs in 65 cases.6 cases were excised a part of small intestine.Furthermore,6 cases were operated with both repairs and excision.Conclusions: The early diagnosis depends on clinic symptom.Abdomen cavity puncture technology can provide important masculine results.By the assistant check-up of X ray we can find the celiac gas,B ultrasonic and CT also can provide valuable information.Early poperation is the key to reduce compications.更多还原
