【摘要】 目的利用大豆异黄酮独特的生理功能,加入牡蛎碳酸钙、维生素E制备出大豆异黄酮复方片剂。方法通过处方设计、正交试验和工艺参数研究,优选处方。结果优选的处方为:大豆异黄酮40mg、牡蛎碳酸钙150mg、维生素E20mg,淀粉、糖粉、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉若干。结论制备的片剂质量符合中国药典(2005版)有关项下规定,硬度为5.2kg,脆碎度为0.78%,崩解时限为11min。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To produce the soybean isoflavone compound tablet in the special physiological function of the soybean isoflavone added with vitamin E and oyster calcium carbonate.MethodsThe formula was optimized by means of formula design,orthogonal test and the technologic parameter study.ResultsOptimal formula was 40 mg soybean isoflavone,150 mg oyster calcium carbonate,20 mg vitamin E,and starch,sugar powder,magnesium stearate and talcum powder.ConclusionThe quality of compound tablet is fit for the criterion of China Pharmacopoeia(2005),with the hardness of tablet 5.2 kg,the brittleness 0.78% and the collapse time limit 11 min.更多还原
