【摘要】 目的探讨区域性腮腺切除术在腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤手术中的临床应用价值。方法腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤首发病例24例,肿瘤直径均≤3.0 cm,采用保留腮腺嚼肌筋膜的腮腺切除术治疗,在距肿瘤边界1.0 cm处的正常腺体内切除肿瘤,随访0.5-3年,观察其并发症的发生率及肿瘤复发情况。结果24例患者术区面部畸形较轻,腮腺功能良好。随访期间肿瘤无复发,其中2例出现暂时性面瘫,1例出现味觉出汗综合征。结论区域性腮腺切除术可以作为体积较小(≤3.0 cm)的腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤治疗的理想术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of regional excision for benign tumor in superficial lobe of parotid gland. Methods Twenty-four patients with benign tumors in superficial lobe of parotid gland(≤3.0 cm) were treated with local regional excision,conserving the sub-superficial musculoaponeurotic system(subSMAS),retaining master duct and main normal parotid tissue.All of patients were followed up for 0.5-3 years to investigate the rate of complication and recurrence rate. Results There was slight facial deformity in 24 patients.The function of parotid glands was nearly normal.There was no recurrence during the followed-up,but there was transient facial nerve palsy in 2 cases(8.33%),and Frey’s syndrome in 1 case(4.16%).Conclusion Regional parotidectomy can be an ideal operative method of benign tumor in superficial lobe of parotid gland.更多还原
