On the Diophantine Equation x~3-1=2py~2
【摘要】 设p是奇素数,本文证明了:当p=48t~2+1,其中t是正整数时,方程x~3-1=2py~2无正整数解(x,y).
【Abstract】 Let p be an odd prime.This paper proves that ifp=48t~2+1,where t is a positive integer, then the equation x~3-1=2py~2 has no positive integer solution(x,y).
