【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法对收治的血β-HCG<3000 IU/L,无明显内出血,附件包块直径<3.0 cm的37例未破裂型异位妊娠患者给予甲氨蝶呤50 mg单次肌肉注射,辅以中药活血化瘀治疗,并每周观察一次血β-HCG及盆腔B超,直至正常。结果实验组成功率94.59%,对照组成功率70%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01),两组血β-HCG恢复正常时间平均为27.68 d。结论符合保守治疗条件的异位妊娠患者采用中西医结合治疗效果更佳,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods 37 inpatients with unbroken ectopic pregnancy, blood β-HCG<3000IU/L,no obvious internal bleeding,the diameter of appendicular enclosed mass<3.0cm were given intramuscular injection of amethopterin 50mg assisted with the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine which had the function of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.Blood β-HCG observation and ultrasonic test were done once a week till the results became normal. Results The success rates of the experimental group was 94.59%, and of the control group was 70%.The effective difference of the two groups was significant(P<0.01).The average time when blood β-HCG of the two groups got normal was 27.68d.Conclusion Using integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with early ectopic pregnency who accord with conservative treatment conditions will have a better effect,and it is worth of populazation.更多还原
