【摘要】 以人肾脏组织cDNA为模板,用PCR技术克隆了编码人Megalin基因四个结构域的cDNA,并对其进行了测序.结果表明,编码人Megalin基因四个结构域的cDNA长度分别为863bp、1,008 bp、1,247 bp及1,359 bp.编码第一结构域的cDNA序列与GenBank报道的序列有99.9%的同源性,其中两个位点有差异(第457位和605位分别为C和G,而非G和A);其余三个结构域对应的基因序列与GenBank报道的序列完全相同.更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the functions of the domains,cDNAs coding for the four domains of human megalin gene were cloned by PCR with cDNA from human kidney as templates and sequenced.The results showed that the lengths of the four fragments were 863bp,1008 bp,1247 bp and 1359 bp,respectively.The sequence for the first domain shared about 99.9% similarity with that of GenBank(positions 457 and 605 are C and G,but not G and A),while the identities of the rest three domains were completely same with that in GenBank.更多还原
