YMnO3掺杂四元系PZT-PFW-PMN压电陶瓷电性能的研究
Electrical properties of quaternary PZT-PFW-PMN piezoelectric ceramics with YMnO3 addition
【摘要】 用传统固相法制备了PbZrO3-PbTiO3-Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-Pb(Mn1/3Nb2/3)O3(简称PZT-PFW-PMN)四元系压电陶瓷,通过预先合成的方法制备了YMnO3,并研究了不同含量的YMnO3对PZT-PFW-PMN陶瓷的烧结温度、压电性能、介电性能的影响,对其阻抗频谱图进行了分析.结果表明,当YMnO3的含量为0.30%时,不仅使四元系PZT-PFW-PMN的烧结温度从1 200℃降至1 020℃,而且使其具有高的压电综合性能;其电性能参数如下:d33=341 pC/N,Kp=0.574,Qm=139 3,tanδ=0.005 3,Tc=304℃,ρ=5.23×1 010Ωm,该材料可用作大功率多层压电陶瓷器件的候选材料.
【Abstract】 PbZrO3-PbTiO3-Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-Pb(Mn1/3Nb2/3)O3 quaternary piezoelectric ceramics with various YMnO3 contents were successfully prepared by conventional mixed-oxide method.The effects of YMnO3 contents and sintering temperature on the dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated.The results show that the sintering temperature can be decreased from 1 200 ℃ to 1 020 ℃ and the electrical properties can be improved by the YMnO3 doping.The optimized properties were obtained by doping 0.30% YMnO3 and sintering at 1 020 ℃,which are listed as follows: d33=341 pc/N,Kp=0.574,Qm=1 393,tan δ=0.005 3,Tc=304 ℃ and ρ=5.23×1010 Ωm.These parameters make this material be a good candidate for application in high power piezoelectric transformers.
