【Abstract】 By researching ang discussing on the current situation,the developing trend and some other problems of sports reserves human resource.I reached conclusion that in order to fulfill the sustained development of reserves human resource in sports,we should make every effort to promote the establishment of the system,improve the concerning laws and results,integrate sports and education,strengthen cultivation and flow of talents,as well as enhance the influence of the sports item.更多还原
