渗水地膜覆盖对旱地高粱生理特性的影响

【摘要】 试验采用随机区组设计,设渗水地膜、普通地膜、露地三个处理。结果表明:渗水地膜覆盖提高了高粱叶片光合效能并增强了高粱抵抗逆境能力,如叶片叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性、细胞间隙CO2浓度、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等指标均有不同程度提高,而叶片脯氨酸含量和细胞膜相对透性低于普通地膜覆盖及露地。

【Abstract】 The experiment was designed in a single factor random block.There were three treatments: water-permeability plastic film mulching,conventional plastic film mulching and un-mulching.The results showed that the water-permeability plastic film mulching increased sorghum leaf’s photosynthesis efficacy and strengthened sorghum’s resisting adversity,for example,its chlorophyll content,nitric acid reductase content,intercellular co2 concentration,net photosynthesis rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate of sorghum leaves are improved to different degrees,while its praline content and cell membrane relative permeability are lower than the other two treatment’s.
