动态市场比法宗地地价评估系统设计

【摘要】 市场比较法是宗地估价过程中最广泛使用的一种方法。在讨论了“动态市场比较法”的基本原理之后,给出了实现“动态市场比较法”的数据流程图与具体的实现步骤。在此基础上,设计出了动态市场比法宗地地价评估系统。

【Abstract】 Market Comparison Approach has been widely used in the process of land value appraising.After the discussion about the basic theory of dynamic market comparison approach,this essay has come out with the data flow and concrete realizing steps of the realization of dynamic market comparison approach.On this basis,this essay has designed the appraising system of dynamic market comparison approach for land value.
