【Abstract】 A large quantity of surplus rural labour force have become one of the biggest economic shackles in the Shanxi Province,therefore it is of realistic significance to resolve the problem of massively surplus rural labour force.Firstly the article introduced the significance of surplus rural labour force’s transfer,secondly several foreign transfer patterns of surplus rural labour force were analyzed,lastly some suggestions were proposed for surplus rural labour force’s transfer in The Shaanxi Province,according to the actuality of surplus rural labour force in The Shaanxi Province.更多还原
