【摘要】 酸枣种子硬实率高达93.4%,自然条件下较难发芽出苗,进行一定的处理可提高种子发芽率,有利于生产实践。试验采用浓硫酸1,5,10,20,30,60,120 min浸泡处理和100,85,70,55℃热水浸种处理,结果表明:酸枣硬实种子浓硫酸处理30 min效果最好,在30℃温度下发芽率达97.5%;温水处理以100℃的最好,在30℃温度下发芽率为58.2%。更多还原

【Abstract】 In general,the hard seed rate of the Ziziphus jujube var spinosa reaches to 93.4%.So it should to be treated for use.In treatment,the seeds were soaked by condensated sulfuric acid respective for 1,5,10,20,30,60 and 120 minutes simultaneously soaked in hot water under respective temperatures of 100,85,70 or 55 ℃.The results showed that the best result was obtained in trial when the concentrated sulfuric acid was used for 30 minutes and the seeds soaked in hot water under 100 ℃.At this time,the germination percentage were recorded at 97.5% and 58.2% under 30 ℃ respectively.更多还原
