大豆种子老化过程中活力指标的研究

【摘要】 以两个大豆种子为供试材料,通过(58±1)℃热水老化,进行了不同老化水平大豆种子生活力及活力指标变化的研究。结果表明:大豆种子老化过程中,发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数都先于发芽率出现明显的下降;随着老化时间的延长,两个不同种皮的大豆品种耐贮能力出现差异;黑色种皮的晋豆3号较黄色种皮的晋豆20号种子在老化过程中各项活力指标都高,显示出其劣变的程度相对较小、耐贮;两个老化品种活力下降曲线均呈反S形曲线走向。

【Abstract】 Seeds of two soybean varieties were applied to conduct vitality and change of vitality index at various aging levels.The results showed that germinative force,germination index and vitality index all appeared obvious fall before germination percentage’s fall.The storage property of soybean varieties with different seed vessel showed difference along with the prolony of aging.All vitality indexes of Jindou 3,the variety with black seed vessel were higher than those of Jindou 20 the variety with yellow seed vessel.It suggests that Jindou 3 had relative lower speed to go bad which means Jindou 3 had good keeping quality.The descending curves of these two vaieties Jindou 3 and Jindou 20 showed "S"shape strike.
