枣缩果病与果实生理指标关系的研究

【摘要】 从幼果期起,到枣缩果病(Fruit shrink disease)发病盛期,每隔10 d在山西农业大学枣园定点采集枣果,当开始发病后,每次采样将健果和病果分开,测定枣果实中过氧化物酶(POD)活性、Vc和部分矿质微量元素(Fe,P,Ca)及可溶性糖含量。研究结果表明,枣缩果病的发生与POD活性、Vc和可溶性糖含量具有一定的相关性,与枣果实中微量元素含量的多少关系不大。

【Abstract】 From growth of young fruit to the period of fruit infected with fruit shrink disease,test samples were collected in the jujube orchard of Shanxi Agricultural University every 10 days.After fruit shrink disease develops,test samples should contain both health fruits and infected fruits.By the determination of POD activity,Vc content,some mineral trace elements (Fe,P,Ca) and soluble sugar content,experiment results indicated that fruit shrink disease development existed a certain extent relationship with POD activity,Vc content,soluble sugar content.However,hardly related with the content of some mineral trace elements(Fe,P,Ca).
