【Abstract】 Eco-compensation mechanism means forest owner should be compensated for their contribution to and investment in construction of eco-environment.Based on the analysis of the eco-compensation mechanism practiced in Beijing,this paper draws the conclusion that equity and efficiency should be considered in the institutional design in operating eco-compensation mechanism so as to ensure it works well and further promote environment protection in harmony with economic development.更多还原
