【摘要】 目的:研究良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术后最大尿流率的变化及其相关的临床意义。方法:随访行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术的73例患者,分3个年龄组测定术前术后平均最大尿流率作统计学分析。结果:3个年龄组患者手术后平均最大尿流率均大于术前,有统计学意义。结论:耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术是治疗前列腺良性增生的最佳选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of the change of the maximum flow rate after suprapublic prostatectomy.Methods:Seventy-three cases who were treated with suprapublic prostatectomy in the last year were follwed up,divide them in three age groups and detect the average maximum flow rates between preperation and postoperation,the rcsults are contrasted and analvsed.Results:Indexes of postoperation are significant larger than preperation.Conclusion:Suprapublic prostatectory is treatment benign prostatic hyperplasia of the choose.更多还原
