环境友好半导体材料Ca2Si的研究进展
Progress in Ecology-friendly Semiconducting Material Ca2Si
【摘要】 Ca2Si是由两种丰富且无毒的化学元素构成,被认为是很有前景的新型环境半导体材料之一。文章综述了近年来Ca2Si的晶格特性、光电性质及其制备方法的研究进展,并着重对两步法制备Ca2Si薄膜进行了介绍,最后展望了Ca2Si的应用前景,探讨了当前Ca2Si研究领域中存在的问题。
【Abstract】 Ca2Si is composed of two most abundant and nontoxic chemical elements and is considered to be one of the most promising ecology-friendly semiconducting materials.The research progress of microstructural,optical and electrical properties and preparation method of Ca2Si in recent years is overviewed.The preparation of Ca2Si with two-step process is emphatically introduced.The application prospect and the problems existing in current research of Ca2Si were also discussed.
