应用有限元分析系统计算车床主轴的动态特性
Application of Finite Element Analysis Method for Dynamic Characteristic of the Spindle of a Lathe
【摘要】 机床动态特性是影响机床性能的重要因素,是在机床设计时必须要考虑的问题,模态分析主要用于确定结构或机器部件的振动特性。建立主轴的三维有限元模型,利用大型有限元分析软件AN SY S,对主轴部件进行了模态分析,得出了主轴前五阶固有频率和振型。了解主轴部件的各阶振动模态的特点,对于我们研究主轴部件的动态特性是十分必要的,有利于机床主轴系统的整体设计及其制造。
【Abstract】 Dynamic characteristic is a key factor that affects a machine tool function and is one of important issues in a CNC machine tool design,modal analysis can calculate vibration type of a part.The paper establishes the 3D finite element model of the spindle in the ANSYS.The first five natural frequency and vibration mode of the spindle are obtained and analyzed.It is very essential to us to research into dynamic characteristics of spindle and it is beneficial to design and manufacture of a lathe.
