在多孔α-Al2O3载体管上合成β沸石膜最佳条件的研究
STUDIES ON THE BEST PREPARATION CONDITION OF β ZEOLITE MEMBRANE ON THE POROUS α-Al2O3 SUPPORT TUBE
【摘要】 采用简单易行的预涂晶种二次水热合成法,在平均孔径3~5μm的多孔α-Al2O3管状载体的外表面制备了连续致密的β沸石膜,着重考察了晶种溶液对晶种层质量的影响,以及n(Na+)/n(SiO2)和n(H2O)/n(SiO2)对沸石膜质量的影响,得出了合成β沸石膜的最佳条件。用SEM、XRD和氮气渗透等手段对所合成的β沸石膜进行了表征,结果证实了合成的β沸石膜连续致密,没有大的缺陷。
【Abstract】 By using the simply method of secondary hydrothermal growth the β zeolite membrane was prepared on the surface of α-Al2O3 support tube with mean pore size 3-5 μm.The factors affecting the quality of β zeolite membrane,such as the composition of seeds solution,molar ratios of Na+/SiO2 and the content of H2O in the precursor solution,were studied.Based on the studies on these factors the best preparation condition was obtained.The prepared membrane was characterized by SEM,XRD and nitrogen permeation.It was proved that the membrane was continuous,dense and hardly without defects.
