Y-CTS复合载体的制备及性质研究
INVESTIGATION ON THE PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE SUPPORT Y-CTS
【摘要】 以原位生长法制备了TiO2-SiO2与HY分子筛以及与经柠檬酸预处理的HY分子筛构成的重馏分油加氢精制催化剂复合载体Y-CTS和CY-CTS,考察了HY分子筛的复合比例以及HY分子筛的柠檬酸预处理对复合载体理化性质的影响。以胜利焦化蜡油为原料,评价了NiW/Y-CTS和NiW/CY-CTS催化剂的加氢精制性能。结果表明,Y-CTS复合载体具有较大的比表面积、孔容和孔径,以及一定的酸性分布。对HY分子筛进行酸预处理后,HY分子筛的酸量下降,但CY-CTS复合载体的酸性增加,表现为催化剂的加氢脱氮性能显著提高。
【Abstract】 Y-CTS and CY-CTS,a series of composite supports used for heavy oil hydrotreating catalysts,was prepared by in-situ growth method,in which CTS presented TiO2-SiO2 and Y presented HY zeolite and CY presented the HY zeolite pretreated by citric acid.The effect of the contents of HY zeolite in Y-CTS and CY in CY-CTS on the properties of Y-CTS and CY-CTS were studied.The hydrotreating performance of NiW/Y-CTS and NiW/CY-CTS were tested with Shengli coker gasoline(CGO) as feedstock.The results showed that Y-CTS possessed large specific surface,pore volume,pore diameter and a certain of acidity distribution.After treated with citric acid,the acidity amount of CY decreased compared to HY,while the acidity amount of CY-CTS increased compared to HY-CTS,then the hydrodenitrogenation(HDN) performance of NiW/CY-CTS improved remarkablely.
