新热轧钢带轧制油的研制和应用

【摘要】 现代热连轧机的操作温度(800-1250℃)大大高于有机润滑剂的适用温度。为适应不断增加的轧制速率、减薄力度及越来越苛刻的表面质量要求,研发了一种新热轧油。该热轧油主成分为半合成基础油,加入质量分数为5%-15%的添加剂,使热轧油配方满足不腐蚀金属和在苛刻工况下的减摩抗磨要求。其苛刻性表现在4种基本磨损类型(黏着、腐蚀、磨粒和疲劳)共存和协同作用、喷嘴在高温烘烤下易堵塞及热轧油受冷水冲刷不易附着。采用物化分析、实验室试验和小轧机试验全面评价试验配方热轧油的理化性能,包括黏度指数、发泡倾向、热稳定性、低温流动性、着火点、防锈性、破乳性、减摩抗磨性、黏附性和耐冷却水冲刷性。选择模拟机、实验轧机及试验条件模拟研究热轧相应的磨损类型和机理,以期准确预测热轧油配方的优劣次序。结果表明,研制的热轧油综合性能好,离水展着性好,耐冷却水冲刷,轧制力、电耗和辊耗降低显著,带钢表面质量也得到相应改善,轧辊清净性好,不妨碍重新打磨,且生物毒性试验结果为实际无毒。在为期两年的热轧循环试验中,当研制的热轧油质量分数低至0.15%时,可降低轧制力6%-36%,轧辊平均磨损率仅5×10-5mm/t,优于进口热轧油。降轧制力效果还与轧棍材料和压下率有关,后机架优于前机架。研制的热轧油自2005年起用于鞍山热轧带钢厂,每条热轧生产线可节省费用高达5.7×107RMB yuan/a。

【Abstract】 Modern continuous hot reduction mills operate at temperatures(800-1250℃) beyond the normal operating temperature range of organic lubricants.In order to meet the requirement of rolling speed increase,heavy reducing in each stage,and severe demands for even better quality in terms of surface finish,a new hot rolling oil comprising a major proportion of semi-synthetic base oil and a 5%-15%(mass fraction) additive package has been developed for steel plates.The non-corrosive,friction and wear reducing formulation is carefully designed to adapt to most severe high temperature rolling service where existence and synergism of four fundamental types of wear(adhesive,abrasive,corrosive and fatigue),nozzle clogging and washing-out of oil by cooling water are prominent problems.Physical and chemical analyses,were used for indicating the characteristics of candidates,involving viscosity index,foaming tendency,thermal stability,low temperature fluidity,fire point,rust prevention,demulsibility,adherence and resistance to be washed out by coolant.The simulating tests and a laboratory hot strip mill test were carried out under selected conditions to reproduce the wear type and mechanisms met in hot strip rolling practice and thus unambiguous answer to certain questions of performance prediction could be obtained.The rolling oil developed is outstanding at comprehensive performance,including easy plating-out,resistance of not get washed out by coolant,significant decrease of rolling force,rolling power,and roll wear,and as the secondary effect,improvement in surface quality,and thirdly actual non-poison and no problems of mill cleanness and work roll re-polish.At the mass fraction as low as 0.15% the decrease of rolling force amounted to as much as 6% to 36% as compared to the case of no lubrication,and the average roll wear was only 5×10-5 mm/t,the lowest wear in a round robin field test carried out in two years.The rolling force decreasing effect appears to be related to the materials of the roll and the reduction in thickness,and was greater in rear stands(nickel grain rolls) than in fore stands(Ni-Cr rolls).The hot rolling oil has been used in Anshan hot strip mills since 2005 and made a saving of about 5.7×107 RMB yuan/a for each production line of hot rolling mill.
