纳米介孔硅铝分子筛的合成及其加氢脱硫性能
SYNTHESIS OF NANOMESOPOROUS ALUMINOSILICATE AND ITS HYDRODESULFURIZATION ACTIVITY
【摘要】 在常温条件下,采用溶胶-凝胶晶化法一步合成了纳米硅铝分子筛,采用XRD、BET、NH3-TPD和TEM等方法表征了其理化性质。结果表明,纳米硅铝分子筛具有类似MCM-41的六方结构和双介孔特性,晶粒粒径为10.6 nm,大孔孔径集中在30 nm左右,小孔孔径集中在3-6 nm,比表面积为400 m2/g。用制得的纳米介孔硅铝分子筛负载30%(质量分数)的活性组分磷化钨(WP),在高压微反装置上用二苯并噻吩作为模型化合物考察了其加氢脱硫性能,与同负载量的常规载体催化剂相比,加氢脱硫率提高了12%。该催化剂表现出了较高的加氢脱硫活性。
【Abstract】 A kind of nano-sized silica-alumina molecular sieve was synthesized by sol-gel crystallization method at room temperature.Its physico-chemical properties were characterized by XRD,TEM,BET and NH3-TPD.The results showed that its XRD pattern was similar to that of MCM-41,the size of the crystal was 10.6 nm. Its pore diameter ranged from 3 nm to 30 nm in which the diameter of large pore was about 30 nm and the diameter of small pore was in the range of 3-6 nm.Its specific surface area was 400 m2/g.The catalytic activity of the catalyst made by 30% WP supported on nanomesoporous aluminosilicate was tested by HDS reaction of dibenzothiophene as the model compound in microreactor.Compared with general carrier catalyst in the same conditions,the hydrodesulfurization rate of the tested catalyst was increased by 12%,showing higher hydrodesulfurization activity.
