【摘要】 [目的]观察体外反搏联合药物治疗并配合有效的护理干预对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。[方法]将60例糖尿病周围神经病变病人随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组实施常规糖尿病治疗、营养神经与护理;实验组在对照组基础上,联合体外反搏治疗。观察治疗后病人临床症状、血液流变学及神经传导速度变化。[结果]实验组病人临床症状、血液流变学及神经传导速度改善明显,优于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)。[结论]体外反搏联合药物治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,配合科学的护理指导,对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗疗效显著且安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of diabetes mellitus (DM) patients complicated with peripheral neuropathy treated with external counterpulsation (ECP) combined with drugs and added with effective nursing intervention. Methods: A total of 60 DM patients complicated with PNP were divided into test and control group 30 cases each. Patients of control group were given routine DM treatment, nutrition for nerves and nursing care. Patients of test group were carried out ECP besides those measures as in control group cases. The changes of clinical symptoms, hemorheological and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) of patients were observed. Results: Clinical symptoms, hemorheological and NCV changes of patients in test group were improved significantly, and they had better therapeutic effect than those of control group cases (P<0.05 or <0.01).Conclusion:ECP combined with drugs and added with scientific nursing instruction is a remarkably effective and safe treatment for DM patients complicated with PNP.更多还原
