【Abstract】 It summarized the theoretical basis of applying end-expiratory positive pressure to treat acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)patients,and the application of end-expiratory positive pressure in mechanical ventilation strategies for ARDS cases in recent years.It put forward the method of choosing the optimal end-expiratory positive pressure,the newest viewpoint,and problems need to be solved during the process.And it expatiated the nursing monitoring of patients during applying end-expiratory positive pressure to treat ARDS.更多还原
