【摘要】 [目的]了解结肠镜检查病人的疼痛程度和焦虑水平。[方法]选择60例结肠镜检查病人,用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和状态焦虑问卷(SAI)评估疼痛程度和焦虑水平。[结果]结肠镜检查病人检查中经历了中等程度的疼痛,检查前后焦虑水平比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]医护人员应重视病人的主观感受,针对性地采取措施,控制结肠镜检查病人的疼痛及焦虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To know pain degree and anxiety of patients underwent coloscopy. Method: A total of 60 patients underwent coloscopy were evaluated on their pain degree and anxiety by filling out both visual analogue scales (VAS) and state anxiety inventory(SAI). Result: Patients had moderate pain as undergoing coloscopy. And there was a significant difference in terms of anxiety level between before and after coloscopy (P<0.05). Conclusion: Medical and nursing staffs should pay attention to patients’ subjective feeling, adopting countermeasures, and control patients’ pain and anxiety.更多还原
