L-半胱氨酸不对称转化制备D-半胱氨酸新工艺
New process for preparation of D-cysteine from L-cysteine by asymmetric
【摘要】 在水杨醛存在下,使L-半胱氨酸、L-酒石酸和丙酮在乙酸中加热,形成D-2,2-二甲基四氢噻唑-4-羧酸-L-酒石酸盐,光学纯度99%以上,收率65.6%。将该盐在水溶液中水解得到D-半胱氨酸,收率(以L-半胱氨酸计)>50%,光学纯度>99%。
【Abstract】 A mixture of L-cysteine,L-tartaric acid and acetone was heated in the presence of salicylaldehyde in the acetic acid to prepare D-2,2-dimethyl-4-thiazolidinecarboxylic acid,L-tartarate with the yield of 65.6%.Hydrolysis of the salt in water produced optically pure D-cysteine with the yield of 50%,the purity is over 99%.
