超细TiO2粉体光催化剂的制备

【摘要】 以TiCl3为原料制备了超细TiO2粉体,采用X射线衍射、热重分析和化学分析等方法,研究了制备条件对TiO2光催化活性的影响。结果表明,在500~600℃煅烧制得的TiO2粉体为金红石和锐钛矿混合相,其中的Ti3+的浓度较大,光催化活性较高。洗涤条件对光催化活性也有明显的影响,与用水洗涤制得的TiO2粉体相比,在同样煅烧条件下经乙醇洗涤后得到的TiO2粉体中Ti3+的浓度较大,具有较高的光催化活性。

【Abstract】 In this paper,ultra-fine TiO2 powder was prepared,using TiCl3 as raw materials.The effect of processing of TiO2 powder on its photocatalytic activity was investigated by XRD,TGA and chemical analysis.The results show that the TiO2 powder calcined at 500~600 ℃ consists of a mixture of anatase and rutile,has a high content of Ti3+ cations,exhibiting a high photocatalytic activity.The washing processing affects notably the photocatalytic activity.At the same calcination temperatures,the TiO2 powder washed by ethanol has a higher content of Ti3+ cations,and exhibits a higher photocatalytic activity than that washed by water.
