40%甲基硫菌灵悬浮剂配方的研究

【摘要】 采用流点法初步选定润湿分散剂组份,通过分散剂含量与粘度的关系确定其较佳用量,在此基础上,以热贮存[(54±2)℃,14 d]分层率和悬浮率为指标,对润湿分散剂、粘度调节剂组份及其配比进行优选。结果表明,40%甲基硫菌灵悬浮剂的较佳配方为:甲基硫菌灵40%,扩散剂NNO 1.5%,乳化剂11#1.5%,增稠剂(黄原胶)0.1%,乙二醇5%,水补足至100%,并进行了贮存稳定性验证。该方法提高了筛选配方的科学性和效率。

【Abstract】 In this article,the components of dispersant was selected firstly,and then its proper dosage was dermined through the relationship between the content of dispersant and viscosity,on the basis of it,according the indexes of heat deposited[(54±2) ℃,14 d],and dispersion rate:the results indicated that the optimum fomula of 40% thiophanate methyl suspension concentrate were as follows:thiophanate-methyl 40%,dispersant NNO 1.5%,emulsifier 1.5%(11#),xanthic gum 0.1%,glycol 5%,fill water to 100%.Experiment and control experiment on weed in corn field was also carried by this formulation.Orthogonal design could reduce the experimental time and cost,so it is an ideal method for the studying of pesticide formula.
