乙酰苯胺合成工艺的改进
Technological improvement of synthesis of N-phenylacetamide
【摘要】 以苯胺和冰醋酸为原料,环己烷为脱水剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,采用正交实验法,探讨了乙酰苯胺合成的适宜工艺条件。结果表明,当原料苯胺与冰醋酸的用量体积比为1∶2.5时,即:苯胺10 mL,冰醋酸25 mL,环己烷10 mL,对甲苯磺酸0.5 g,反应温度100℃,反应时间90 min,乙酰苯胺的平均收率达96%。
【Abstract】 Using phenylamine and acetic acid as raw materials,cyclohexane and toluene-p-sulfonic acid as dehydration and catalyst respectively.Orthogonal design was adopted to show the influences of technological condition on synthesis of N-phenylacetamide.The results showed that:phenylamine was 10 mL,acetic acid was 25 mL,cyclohexane was 10 mL,p-TSA was 0.5 g,the reaction temperature was 100 ℃ and the reaction time was 90 min,the yield of N-phenylacetamide reached 96%.
