机械加工业的纤维滤布除油清洗剂的研制

【摘要】 采用均匀设计法,研究了清洗剂配方中各组分对除油效果的影响规律,确定清洗剂的复配比例;再通过去污力比较,得出较优配方;利用均匀设计(S_Plus)软件对实验结果进行回归和优化分析,得到最佳的配方为:每100g清洗剂中,含LAS 12.0g,AES 2.1g,6501 6.0g,AEO912.0g,Na2CO32.4g,TEA 1.0g,余量为水。室温下该清洗剂的去污力为0.322g,是市售清洗剂去污力的150%。

【Abstract】 Every component of the detergent is on the effect of grease removal which is expounded in detail with uniform design.The main content of complex ratio of detergent was determined with experiment.Through regression and analysis of experimental results,an optimum formulation was found that LAS 12.0 g,AES 2.1 g,6501 6.0 g,AEO9 12.0 g,Na2CO3 2.4 g,TEA 1.0 g,others is water in every 100 g the detergent.According to decontamination ability experiment,decontamination ability of the formulation is 0.322 g,and is over 150% compare to the two different boughten detergents.
