【摘要】 介绍了一种新型的鉴定烷基糖苷合成反应终点的方法,以乙二胺四乙酸和五水硫酸铜配制的试剂,通过分析反应混合物中葡萄糖的剩余量来鉴定反应终点。当反应混合物中剩余葡萄糖浓度在4.0~7.0 mg/mL时,溶液颜色由淡蓝色变为砖红色,可以断定反应基本到达终点。与斐林试剂法、班氏试剂法和托伦试剂法等常用的鉴定方法相比较,所用的试剂易于配制、方便储存,放置3个月后仍然可以正常使用;该方法操作简单,现象明显,不受干扰,大约2 m in就可以获得实验结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article has put forward a new method for identifying the end reaction point of synthesizing alkyl polyglycoside,which mainly uses a novel reagent made of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and blue copperas to analyse the residual glucose.The end reaction point is determined by the change of solution colour from light blue to brick red if the concentration of residual glucose is from 4.0 mg/mL to(7.0 mg/mL.)Comparing to commonly used three methods,Fehlings Reagent,Benedict Reagent and Tollens Reagent,the new reagent is convenient to prepare,storage and it still has the same result as it was prepared after three months;What is more,the experiment phenomena is easily observed in about 2 min,without any disturbance.更多还原
