甲苯二异氰酸酯改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂的研究
Study on modification of PVA adhesive by 2,4-diisocyanate toluene
【摘要】 以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TD I)为改性剂,对聚乙烯醇胶粘剂改性。研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)胶水浓度、反应温度、反应物配比等对胶粘剂性能的影响。研究表明,提高聚乙烯醇胶水的耐水性能的最佳实验条件为:PVA浓度8%,温度50℃,TD I最佳用量15滴/100 mL。
【Abstract】 Adhesive of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was modified by the additive of 2,4-diisocyanate toluene(TDI) in this paper.And the effect of PVA content,temperature and the materials ratio on adhesive properties were studied.The optimum experimental condition for improving PVA’s property of waterproof were that:concentration of PVA was 8%,temperature was 50 ℃,the proper amount of TDI was 15 drops per 100 mL.
