从对称到非对称双势阱中量子隧穿特性的研究
Study of the quantum tunneling from the symmetric to asymmetric double-well potential
【摘要】 利用二能级近似通过对对称和非对称双势阱波函数的研究,揭示了基态和激发态量子隧穿随外场变化的规律。对称势阱内的量子隧穿是自发的、活跃的。非对称势阱内,即使附加静电场相当小时波函数就出现了定域,量子隧穿现象完全消失。根据波函数的动态定域特点得到了量子隧穿的动态消失过程。
【Abstract】 In this paper wave functions of symmetric and asymmetric double-well potential are studied in two-level approximation and it is demonstrated that quantum tunneling varies with the variation of the static electric field strength.The quantum tunneling in the symmetric double well is spontaneous and active,while in asymmetric double well,even the strength of the electric field is little the quantum tunneling disappears completely.Based on the dynamic process of the localized wave function the dynamic vanishing process of quantum tunneling is obtained.
