【摘要】 注射成型是重要的塑料成型方式,成型中工艺参数对塑件质量有重要影响。通过对洗发水瓶盖的工艺分析,确定零件的生产方案并设计了二次分型注射模具。在模具中设计了螺纹脱模机构、通过控制运动方向的特殊弧形侧抽芯机构、浇注系统、螺纹转动保险机构和温度控制系统的结构设计,对该注射模具的设计过程进行了全面的阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Inject molding is an important way for plastic forming,and technological parameters have significant effect on the quality of injection molded parts.A processing plan and injection mould with two-step parting mechanism has been designed through the analysis of the technology of shampoo lid.Demoulding mechanism of thread and special arc side core-pulling mechanism with direction of motion controlled are used in the mold,the design process of its inject system,and protect mechanism of thread rotate and temperature control system make up,and the design procedure of the mould are described in detail.更多还原
