下凹曲面压料面方盒件拉深成形的有限元模拟
Application of FEM on the study of formation law about square box part forming on concave cylinder blank-hold surface
【摘要】 利用板成形专用软件eta/DYNAFORM对下凹曲面压料面下方盒件的拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了下凹曲面压料面下影响方盒件拉深失效的主要因素,获得了压料面形状参数对拉深成形的影响规律。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the software eta/DYNAFORM,specially used in the numerical simulation analysis of sheet metal stamping,is applied to simulate the box part forming on concave cylinder blank-hold surfaces.And the primary effect of concave cylinder blank-hold surfaces on box forming and the drawing law about the parameters of blank-hold surfaces are proposed.
