Fe/Cr涂层抗高温氧化性能研究

【摘要】 采用电弧喷涂技术,用Fe/Cr粉芯丝材制备出新型的耐高温抗氧化涂层。使用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等分析仪器研究了Fe/Cr涂层的抗高温氧化性、高温氧化动力学及其微观结构,并与传统的NiCr合金涂层进行了对比。试验结果表明:该涂层的抗高温氧化性能较好,与传统的NiCr合金涂层相比具有一定的优势;表面生成均一致密的Cr2O3膜是其抗高温氧化性能优异的主要原因。

【Abstract】 A new kind of high-temperature oxidation resistance coating made of Fe/Cr cored wires was prepared with arc wire spray technique.In this study,research on microstructure,high-temperature oxidation resistance property and dynamics of Fe/Cr coating were carried out by use of light microscope technique,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffractometry(XRD),etc.And comparison between Fe/Cr coating and common Ni-Cr coating were finished.The results show that the high-temperature oxidation resistance property of Fe/Cr coating is better than that of NiCr coating.Homogeneous and condense Cr2O3 film at the surface of Fe/Cr coating is the reason for its excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance property.
