奎宁和奎尼丁的时间分辨室温磷光法研究
Study on Quinine and Quinidine by the Time-Resolved Room Temperature Phosphorimetry
【摘要】 在Na2SO3化学除氧的基础上,以TlNO3为重原子微扰剂诱导了奎宁和奎尼丁在胶束溶液中的室温磷光,并对影响其磷光的各种因素进行了详细研究,在此基础上利用时间分辨磷光技术,加入不同的手性识别剂,达到了对奎宁和奎尼丁的分子表征.
【Abstract】 Room temperature phosphorescence of quinine and quinidine was induced based on Na2SO3 as a deoxygenator and TlNO3 as a heavy atom.Various factors which affected the phosphorescence of quinine and quinidine including the concentration of heavy atom,micellar,Na2SO3 and pH condition were examined.QN and QD was characterized by the addition of various chiral modifiers based on the time-resolved phosphorescence technique.
