【Abstract】 Knowledge enterprise is a kind of organism which has been processing and creating knowledge with in- tellectual capital of knowledge workers and transferring knowledge products and services to customers,Its goal is to achieve maximization of knowledge value and go in for sustainable development,For knowledge enterprises, there are two kinds of business model which is a result of optimization of knowledge businesses,They are cost priority model and differentiation model.Both need thinking much of value creation,costs control,quality con- trol,differentiation,businesses conformity,and supply chain conformity,etc,The organizational model of knowledge enterprises synthesizes the common organizational structure characteristics such as self-manage- ment,flat,boundless,dynamic combination,network structure,self-rectification,strategic unifying,etc. The leadership model lies on leaders,adherents,and environment of knowledge enterprises and consists of some important factors such as value-oriented,vision-driven,strategy-pulled,ethic-restricted,communication -dominated,innovating stimulation,etc.更多还原
