【Abstract】 Relational contracts may damage the economic efficiency of network organization. New economic sociology studies relational contracts from the information perspective.This study analyzes it from three perspectives:different relational contracts which are embedded in the social network may cause cooperation of low efficiency;relational contracts may cause low adaptation ability for the trade enclosure,so innovation will not be the best strategy for the firms;if the inter-firm network governance only rely on social relational,cost between trades will increase.更多还原
