【Abstract】 The reform of China’s traditional industrial base is a strategic move to rejuvenate northeast of China,is a new chance to develop northeast economy.There are 3 important things to change the traditional industrial base: first,to pay attention to the systematic factors;second,to grasp the key to change;and third,to improve the private economy.Re-rejuvenating the traditional industrial base is not limited to the change the base but also is a goal of complete social development,which means paying attention to construction of new area,exploring the room of development;improving circulatory economy;realizing the change of resource;promoting the private banks;and enlarging the financing channel.更多还原
